30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your BreezeCamp fan. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@ansnetratale.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

2-Year Warranty

All BreezeCamp products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
