⚙️ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. The total estimated delivery timeframe below includes order processing time. For warehouse order processing, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Fulfillment Location
ANS is operated by Shenzhen Changzhen Internet Co., Ltd., based in Shenzhen, China. Current F22 and F12 orders are dispatched from a third-party fulfillment warehouse in Ontario, California 91762, United States. This warehouse provides order fulfillment services only and is not ANS’s legal or business address.

🚚 Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, including 1–2 business days of order processing and 3–7 business days in transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, or peak seasons.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
