30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at support@ansnetratale.com before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. After your request is approved, we will provide the applicable U.S. warehouse return address and return instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging the return shipment. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, ANS will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different color or product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it must follow the return process described above.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible F22 and F12 products purchased directly from this website include a one-year limited seller warranty covering verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper charging, storage, or handling.
