At ANS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your ANS F22, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
📦 Pre-Order Cancellations If you placed a pre-order and wish to cancel, you may request a full refund at any time before your order has been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
✅ Return Conditions
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

💰 Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🔧 Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
🛡️ Warranty All ANS products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
