One-Year Limited Seller Warranty

This limited seller warranty is provided by Shenzhen Changzhen Internet Co., Ltd., the operator of the AnsNetraTale (ANS) online store. It applies to eligible F22 products purchased directly from this website.

Warranty period

The warranty period is one year from the date the order is delivered.

What is covered

This warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended household or personal use within the warranty period.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, impact, water, rain, excessive heat, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or normal battery-capacity reduction over time.
  • Damage caused by an incompatible charger, cable, voltage, or third-party device.
  • Lost parts or accessories.
  • Products not purchased directly from this website or claims submitted without reasonable proof of purchase.

How to make a claim

Contact support@ansnetratale.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem. Do not return a product until you receive return instructions.

Available remedies

After verifying an eligible claim, we may, at our discretion and as permitted by law, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue an appropriate refund. For an approved defect claim, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable authorized return-shipping costs.
